Terms of Service

ADRE Insights provides Abu Dhabi real-estate market data and analytics through the website at https://www.adreinsights.com, the ADRE Insights mobile app and an API (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Figures in the Service are indicative. They are derived from recorded transactions and from our own calculations, and they can be incomplete, delayed or wrong.

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a property valuation, or an offer to buy or sell a property. This includes recommendations, scores, yield and return estimates, the mortgage calculator and any AI-generated analysis. Check the facts yourself and take professional advice before you make a decision.

ADRE Insights is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government body, regulator or property developer.

• Give accurate information when you register, and keep your password and API keys secret.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at once at info@adreinsights.com if you think someone else has used your account.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@adreinsights.com.

Part of the Service is free. The free plan may show advertising. The Pro plan is a paid subscription that unlocks more features and removes ads.

• The price and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page.
• Payment is taken by Stripe. Prices are in USD, and VAT may apply depending on where you are.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time in Settings. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling does not give a refund for the current billing period.
• We may change prices or plan features. A price change applies from your next billing period, and we tell you before it does.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or bulk-download data from the Service, except through the API within its limits;
• resell or republish the data as a competing product;
• share an account or an API key outside the plan you paid for;
• interfere with the Service, try to get around access controls or rate limits, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission;
• click on ads to inflate their count, or use any tool that does;
• use the Service in a way that breaks the law.

The Service, its design, software, charts and analysis belong to ADRE Insights or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. Things you create in the Service, such as saved filters and alerts, stay yours; you allow us to store and process them so the Service can work.

The Service may show ads from Google and its partners, and links to other websites. We do not control those ads or websites and are not responsible for their content. How ads use data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or remove a feature at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or other users at risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, ADRE Insights is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or any loss that results from a decision you made using the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates that apply there. The courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.
